Against the Wave
This exhibition incorporates a lot of work from my time studying in Cornwall, although my work tends to originate from seascapes and surroundings, I usually respond in an opposing manner; abstracting elements, distorting horizons, relying on an intuitive interpretation.
The title of the exhibition also links to my study of colour, although science would conclude colour as a process of light and wave movements. My art intends to explore the phenomena of colour, its existing, aesthetic and emotional qualities.
